Stampin' Up! has just announced a Color Renovation! I am extremely excited about this! There are 5 brand new colors and 10 In Colors that are returning from the past. Of course there are a few colors that I will miss but I can't wait to be able to use all of these great colors.

Stampin' Up! will be changing to 4 new color collections. Each collection contains 10 colors. See the picture above!

The I {Heart} Hearts is a stamp set that Stampin' Up! has selected to help provide some relief for those who are affected by the earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12th. The Red Cross is already well-established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.

My Digital Studio Card

This is a card that I made using the Christmas Jingle kit in My Digital Studio. You can design on the inside of the card too & have it printed through Stampin' Up!'s print vendor. The software also lets you export the files into jpeg's so you can print them at home or wherever you prefer.

My Digital Studio

I created all of these digital scrapbook pages using the awesome new My Digital Studio software from Stampin' Up!. These were very easy & quick to create using the Christmas Jingle Designer project. These were pre-done pages that you drop your pictures into. You can modify the pages in any way that you like. I did change a few things on these.

Shimmer Paint

I absolutely love the new shimmer paint. The following samples give a few ideas on how to use it. You can also paint with it or dab it on a stamp with a sponge dauber. It dries very quickly and does not rub off.

Champagne shimmer paint - after inking up the joy ornament with real red, dip a sponge dauber into the lid of the paint after shaking it. Then dab the dauber over the real red & stamp.

Champagne shimmer paint - embossed dasher in chocolate chip craft ink with clear embossing powder on real red cardsock. Then dip a sponge dauber into the lid of the paint after shaking it. Then rub the dauber over the real red cardstock. Wipe paint off dasher with a dry paper towel.
